"Yes we do stock anti-slip floor tiles. Anti-slip can mean a variety of things to different people. There is a European standard ‘R' rating which is primarily for architectural and commercial use, we stock tiles which meet this rating. However this is a relatively specialised area. For normal domestic use, you will find a range of floor tiles with matt and unglazed surfaces, with a variety of structured (relief) finishes in a wide selection of colours and designs in all our showrooms"

" We stock a range of tiles which can be used outside in Scotland. For a tile to be frost proof its water absorbency needs to be nil. If a tile does absorb water and the temperature falls below freezing point the water in the tile will expand as it forms ice and this action will crack the tile. The technical term for a tile which meets these requirements is “Fully vitrified”.
